2Information I may collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and payment information, booking details, correspondence, relationship or family circumstances, information about emotional wellbeing or mental health, coaching notes, feedback, testimonials, photographs or videos, and newsletter or marketing preferences.

You should only provide information that is relevant and that you are comfortable sharing.

3How I use information

I may use personal information to process purchases and payments, arrange and deliver coaching or programmes, communicate with you, provide customer support, manage bookings, send requested resources, administer communities, maintain records, improve my services, handle complaints, comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse and, where you have consented or the law permits, send marketing communications.

4Sensitive information

Coaching may involve information about relationships, family circumstances, emotional wellbeing or mental health. Some information may constitute special-category data under data-protection law. I will only process such information where a lawful basis and any required additional condition apply, and I will take appropriate care with access, storage and disclosure.

5Payments and third parties

Payments are processed through Stripe and purchases may be facilitated by Stan Store. I may also use Zoom, Google Meet, Google Drive, Canva, Kit, Zoho Mail, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Skool or another community/course platform, and a booking platform such as Calendly.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements. I will share only information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.

6Marketing and email

I may send service-related messages where necessary to administer your purchase or booking. I will send marketing emails only where I have an appropriate lawful basis, such as your consent or another basis permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting me.

7Recordings, transcripts and notes

I may use transcription or note-taking tools, including Zoom AI, for service delivery and record keeping where appropriate. If audio is temporarily recorded to prepare notes, I intend to delete it once the notes have been prepared, subject to technical backups, security processes and legal requirements. I will not publish client recordings, images or identifying information without appropriate permission.

8How long I keep information

I will retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution and safeguarding requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information. I will review retention practices as the business develops.

9Security

I take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information by ordinary email or messaging services.

10International transfers

Some service providers may store or process information outside the UK. Where applicable, I will take steps required by data-protection law to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

11Your rights

Subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

12Cookies and analytics

My website may use cookies or analytics tools, depending on the settings and services enabled on the website. Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only with appropriate consent. A separate cookie notice may be provided if the website uses non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.
